Tsukiji, the great Tokyo Market, has become over the years an unmissable part of any visit of the city. It takes courage, however, to come and observe the tiny alleys buzzing with activity, to see the fish and vegetables at their freshest, to witness the mystique of tuna auctions. Une simple remarque aura suffi au fascinant James (aidé en cette tâche par le très intéressant numéro de "Art It" sur la photo au Japon) pour me bourrer la tête de questions sans fin - tant et si bien qu'il me faudra sans doute lire beaucoup pour les dissiper, à commencer peut-être par Barthes et "Camera Lucida".
