Tsukiji, the great Tokyo Market, has become over the years an unmissable
part of any visit of the city. It takes courage, however, to come and observe the tiny
alleys buzzing with activity, to see the fish and vegetables at their freshest,
to witness the mystique of tuna auctions. That means a very early morning…
Or a very late night.
